NewsDolores Farrelly asked us to focus on the Convention in May 2004, and wanted to let us know that positions on the NJSFWC Board of Directors need to be filled everything needs to be filled - talk to JoAnna for more information if you're interested after November 1st (that's when she'll have more information).
On November 4th please go to the polls, there are some important issues that you should voice your opinion on - there are three statewide ballot questions that we are voting on (Preserving the Highlands, Community Park Development, etc.)
All Members of the NJSFWC are invited to attend a CCI graduation on Saturday, November 8th, 2003. Tentative plans include a tour and a luncheon at the new CCI training facility in Medford, MY. This will be followed by the graduation and turn-in of Ripley II (Anne Redlus' puppy) for advanced training. At the graduation, the NJSFWC will be recognized by CCI for all the work that has been done thus far for this Special State Project.
All Members of the NJSFWC are invited to celebrate Douglass College Day on Saturday, November 8th, 2003. Inspire the next Douglass generation! Bring a young woman to Douglass College Day. An open house event for you and a young woman you know who wants to learn more about Douglass College. You will be able to: Learn about applying to Douglass, Discover ways to finance and education, Tour the campus, Visit a residence hall, Learn about Douglass' wide array of majors and special academic programs, and Meet the Douglass deans and staff.
The registration area opens at Douglass College Center at 11am.

Our ANNUAL CENTERPIECE WORKSHOP will be, once again, held on November 18th & 19th at 6:30pm at the Glenwild Garden Center in Bloomingdale, NJ. Refreshments and a fun time will be the agenda for the evening. Holiday centerpieces will be made by each person. The cost is only $16.00 and EVERYTHING is included!!!
