Submitted by admin on Sun, 2004-09-12 00:00. NewsGovenor McGreevey signed the New Jersey Highlands Preservation Act on August 10th, 2004. We are all very excited that the New Jersey State Federation of Women's Clubs, including our Chapter, was able to assist in the passing of this noteworthy legislation!
Our first meeting of the new year is in two days at Kinnelon Library. We have already completed our Cookie Dough Fundraiser and are selling tickets for the House Tour and Bus Trip. All our Members are eagerly awaiting the 2004-2005 year. We have a lot of work in store for us with many Fundraisers and Community Supportive Events.
